ชำระเงินสด : คืนบัตรการแสดง พร้อมแจ้งเลขที่บัญชีธนาคาร เพื่อรับเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารภายใน 15 วันทำการ

กรณีไม่สะดวกติดต่อที่ 14 สาขาหลัก: สามารถส่งบัตรคืนทางไปรษณีย์ได้ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 สิงหาคม – 12 กันยายน  2563 (ลงทะเบียน EMS) โดยส่งเอกสารดังนี้

1. บัตรการแสดง หรือ หากยังไม่ได้รับบัตร ให้ส่งใบยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ

2. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนผู้ซื้อบัตร เซ็นสำเนาถูกต้อง (เขียนเบอร์โทรศัพท์และอีเมลเพิ่มเติม)

กรณีชำระเงินสด ให้ส่งเอกสารเพิ่มเติม ได้แก่
