เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์ไวรัสโคโรน่า หรือ COVID-19 ที่กำลังระบาดหนักอยู่ในขณะนี้ ทางบริษัทฯกำลังอยู่ในขั้นตอนการกำหนดวันทำการแสดงใหม่ ซึ่งจะสามารถประกาศให้ทราบได้เร็วๆนี้ บริษัทฯต้องขออภัยแฟนๆทุกท่านเป็นอย่างสูงสำหรับการรอคอยอย่างยาวนาน ทางเราขอแจ้งว่าบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงทุกใบสามารถขอคืนเงินได้และบัตรเข้าชมอาจจะมีการจัดสรรใหม่อีกครั้ง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ในอนาคต

 

สำหรับผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรชมการแสดงไปแล้ว ท่านยังสามารถใช้บัตรเข้างานเดิมหรือใบสั่งซื้อเดิมสำหรับวันทำการแสดงใหม่ แต่ถ้าหากท่านไม่สะดวกเข้าร่วมวันทำการแสดงใหม่ ท่านสามารถทำเรื่องขอคืนเงินได้ที่จุดบริการไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ทั้ง 14 สาขาหลักและทางไปรษณีย์ ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ ภายใน 31 พฤษภาคม 2563 หรือจนกว่าจะมีการประกาศให้ทราบถึงวันทำการแสดงใหม่

 

ชำระเงินสด : คืนบัตรการแสดงที่บูธ TTM 14 สาขาหลัก หรือ ส่งบัตรคืนทางไปรษณีย์ (สำหรับลูกค้าที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัด) ภายใน 31 พฤษภาคม 2563 พร้อมแจ้งเลขที่บัญชีธนาคาร และ รับเงินสดคืนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารภายใน 15 วันทำการ (ลูกค้าโอนเงินผ่าน Application K Plus, Bualuang iBanking, Air Pay, True Wallet และลูกค้าที่ซื้อผ่าน โลตัส, บิ๊กซี ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต)

 

ชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต : คืนบัตรการแสดงที่บูธ TTM 14 สาขาหลัก หรือ ส่งบัตรคืนทางไปรษณีย์ (สำหรับลูกค้าที่อยู่ต่างจังหวัด) ภายใน 30 เมษายน 2563 บริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนวงเงินกลับยังบัตรเครดิต/เดบิตใบที่ใช้ชำระ ภายใน 2 รอบบิล

ส่งบัตรการแสดงตัวจริง หรือ หลักฐานการชำระเงินตัวจริง มาทางไปรษณีย์(ลงทะเบียน EMS) พร้อมเขียนข้อมูลผู้ซื้อ เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล / เบอร์โทร / ชื่อธนาคาร / ชื่อบัญชีธนาคาร / หมายเลขบัญชีธนาคาร

หมายเหตุ กรณีลูกค้ายังไม่ได้รับบัตรการแสดง ใช้หลักฐานการชำระเงินแทนบัตรการแสดง เช่น ใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน ใช้เป็นหลักฐานแทนบัตรการแสดง

 

ส่งบัตรการแสดงตัวจริง หรือ ใบเสร็จตัวจริง หรือ หลักฐานการชำระเงินตัวจริง มาทางไปรษณีย์ ภายใน 31 พฤษภาคม 2563 ลูกค้าสามารถส่งคืนทางไปรษณีย์ ตามที่อยู่ดังนี้

Refund Ticket Announcement for [2020 NU’EST BAEKHO MINI CONCERT ‘BAEKHO-liday’ IN BANGKOK]

 

Due to the growing concerns over the Covid-19 outbreak across the globe including Thailand, to ensure the health and safety of the audiences and performers, we regret to inform that 2020 NU’EST BAEKHO MINI CONCERT ‘BAEKHO-liday’ IN BANGKOK is now postponed.

 

For customers who have already purchased the tickets, current tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date which will be announced later.

 

For those who are unable to attend on the new date, you can request refund at 14 Thaiticketmajor main outlets between within 31 May 2020

 

Paid by cash: Bring tickets and inform bank account information. You will get the refund back to bank account within 15 business days. (including those who paid by Application K Plus, Bualuang iBanking, Air Pay, True Wallet and credit / debit card payment only at Big C / Tesco Louts)

 

Paid by Credit/Debit Card: Return tickets. We will refund back to your credit / debit card used for payment within 2 statements.

 

If you still have not collected the physical ticket, please present:

2. receipt or credit/debit card used for payment
